But as Nixit said, you'd be better off using for prototyping, or creating tooling to lay a composite over top. Parts out of a 3d printer are typically not smooth. We have a middle of the road Makerbot at my work, the parts are very porous having many micro inclusions, not really a good material for a part that experiences internal pressure. Anything you would produce would need a finish machine to flatten out all the mating surfaces (lower plenum, TB's EGR). As others have said you would also need to make it out of a material that could withstand the heat and mechanical loads a plenum would see.
